  1. Pre-heat your garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture
  2. Position your DTF transfer with the adhesive side down
  3. Press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with medium pressure
  4. Allow to cool for 5 seconds, then peel the carrier sheet
  5. Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds for maximum durability
